SHIPPING RATES

Postage & Packaging / Shipping to all UK destinations will be free of charge and is included in the item price unless stated otherwise in item description, product details or checkout. Shipping to all other areas outside of the UK will be charged at cost.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

Should the Customer require delivery of goods outside of the normal timescales given, this may be agreed by contacting Customer Services on 07815 308463. In such circumstances there may be additional postal charges which will be agreed with the Customer and charged at cost.

DELIVERY POLICY

All items will normally be shipped via 2nd Class Royal Mail or Parcel Force Special delivery within 7 days of the date of order being placed / clearance of payment. We reserve the right to extend shipping to 30 days of the date of the order being placed / clearance of payment where necessary. No items will be processed for shipping until payment in full has cleared. Should any items be out of stock the Customer will be informed of this within 7 working days and will be given an anticipated date by which stock will be available. Cancellation or refund of out of stock items will be issued at the request of the Customer within 7 working days of the order being placed / receipt of payment.
