Return Policy

PIKEMASTER BRANDED / MANUFACTURED PRODUCTS

1. Pikemaster offer a no-nonsense return policy with regard to all our own branded/manufactured items including our full range of Pikemaster & Pikepro traces & components.

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with any of these items, you may return them within 7 days for a full and unconditional refund or replacement.

OTHER PRODUCTS

2. All other products offered for sale on this web site are guaranteed in accordance with the appropriate supplier's/manufacturers return policy and replacement and return will be accepted in accordance with their specific warranty and terms & conditions.

As a general rule, Pikemaster will accept full responsibility for all items sold from our web site and where possiuble will offer the same return policy as that which applies to our own Pikemaster & Pikepro products, as described in section 1.

RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

3. Returns will only be accepted in accordance with the relevant conditions as stated above and in our General terms and Conditions (GTC). The Buyer will be responsible for the safe return of goods. Goods for replacement or refund must be returned in their original (un-used) state, complete with packaging and proof of purchase and must be posted to:

and clearly marked 'returned goods' with a description of the fault, defect or reason for return or cancellation of order. All goods must be returned to our offices within 7 days of the purchase date. Order cancellations will be processed within 14 days of notification of the cancellation. Where goods have not been shipped or despatched, Pikemaster will issue a full and unconditional refund within 14 days of receipt of payment for such goods. Should you wish to return any item/s, be issued with a refund or cancel an order you should initially contact our Customer Services directly on 07815 308463 giving details so we are able to process your request as quickly as possible and without unnecessary delay.

4. This policy or related terms & conditions does not effect your Statutory Rights.
