Pikemaster Trophies will be awarded for the biggest pike caught each season using Pikemaster Traces, with a seperate trophy for the biggest pike caught using single hook methods.

Alan Dudhill, Pikemaster Traces - With a very long river 20 caught using a Pikemaster Brown Sz 4 Semi-Barbless.

John Jnr- With a beautiful big double caught at long range with a tasty offering of Smelt. Caught on a Pikemaster Black 4 Semi-Barbless rig.

Craig Winter, Pike watch- This 23lb specimen was caught using the 'tagging method' illustrated in the 'Single Hook Rigs' section using a Pikemaster size 4 single hook hair rig. This is a method Craig has perfected over the years and he actively promotes the use of single hook methods from the Pike Watch forum.

Chris, Pike Watch- This stocky and well marked stillwater fish weighed in at 16lb. Caught on a Pikemaster size 6 single hook hair rig.

Alan Dudhill, Pikemaster Traces- This fit 20 odd pounder swam harder than Rebecca Adlington. The biggest of 4 fish on an over-cast afternoon. She was tempted with a popped-up sardine at close range on a remote North Notts Lake. Caught on a Pikemaster Black 4 Semi-Barbless Fixed.

Danny, Pike Watch- This beautifully marked specimen of 23lb is another example of what well managed stillwaters have to offer. Caught using a Pikemaster size 4 single hook hair rig.

Steve Ormrod, PAC- What a beautiful big old kipper (the fish, not Steve)! This 25lb+ specimen was almost 50 inches long, the same fish being caught a year earlier when it weighed in at 23lb. This is a very good growth rate by any standards, hopefully she'll make 30lb or more in the near future.

Craig winter, Pike watch- This rather large specimen surprisingly only tipped the scales at just over16lb. Again caught using the 'tagging method' with a Pikemaster size 4 single hook hair rig. Another fine example of a stillwater specimen which was tempted by a lamprey bait presented at long-range..

Benjie, Pike watch- This 24lb stillwater specimen is another which fell to the 'tagging method' using a Pikemaster size 4 single hook hair rig. If you think Benjie looks pleased, so he should, this is only his 3rd ever pike. Jammy or what! Can you pick me some lottery numbers please Benji?

This capture won Benji a Pikemaster Trophy 2008-2008

Alan Dudhill, Pikemaster Traces- This 17lb lump was like hooking into a passing torpedo, it gave me a bit of a run-around, the biggest of 6 fish to warm me up on a cool mid October day. Take note of the dark green colouring, typical of fish from this water. Took a long range smelt drifted across the shallows of a large North Notts gravel pit. Caught on a Pikemaster Green 6 semi-barbless fixed.

Steve Ormrod, PAC- This 25lb beauty was one of several fish caught in mid October on a NW Pennine reservoir. Tempted from the margins with a large mackerl tail section. Steve had also baited up with Neville Ficklings new ground bait, which was being trialed by him at the time. I'm pleased to say that Steve was using traces from our Pikemaster Specimen Series.

Piker, Pike Watch- This perfectly marked specimen tipped the scales at over 26lb and fell to a whole herring bait on a Pikemaster size 2 single hook hair rig. The tagging method was used, the bait being tagged in the root of the tail.

This capture won Dominic a Pikemaster Trophy 2008-2009

Craig, Pike watch - A very welcome 9lb fighter. Caught from a stillwater using Craigs' favourite method 'tagging', this time using a Pikemaster size 8 single hook hair rig.

Alan Dudhill, Pikemaster Traces- not a massive pike but have you ever caught a white one? Well it looks white but in fact it's more yellow than white with virtually no green pigment and bright yellow fins. With it's rather inappropriate anti-camouflage colouring, this one must have kept a low profile especially as it shares the water with at least one fish of 26lb and a few other good doubles. Took a rather large, free-lined half mackerel on a remote North Notts lake on an overcast afternoon. A beautiful freak of nature. (the fish, not Alan). Caught using a Pikemaster size 2 single hook hair rig.me!)

Steve Ormrod, PAC- A beautifully marked drain caught specimen. Fell to a 6oz rudd dead bait, naturally popped up off an egg-sinker leger rig, close in under a hawthorn bush. Again, Steve was using traces from the Pikemaster Specimen Series.
